The Exigo System Controller is designed for use in marine/offshore and onshore environments. The construction is extremely robust and can handle mobile environments as well as stationary, temperature controlled rooms. The system controller is based on IP technology, giving it extreme flexibility, superb audio quality and huge integration possibilities.

The system controller handles routing and prioritization of up to 32 simultaneous audio channels in the system. The audio can be distributed from up to 150 audio inputs to up to 250 zones.
The system controller features a display where status and faults can be viewed. This display also allows configuration of simple parameters. The system controller monitors and receives status information from every component in the system. Faults are time stamped, and presented in chronological order on the display. Buttons allow an operator to acknowledge and reset faults. The network connection to every component in the system is monitored, so a defect switch or broken cable will be detected just as reliably and fast as any other fault in the system.

The system controller also acts as the system’s alarm generator and audio message storage. The embedded alarm generator features a set of the most common alarm tones, but can also be programmed to support custom alarm tones and patterns. Stored voice and audio messages is easily uploaded to the system controller as standard wav files.
The system controller’s control inputs/outputs and audio inputs can be used locally by the system controller (e.g. for PTT and audio from a handheld microphone) or can be controlled by the system (e.g. audio input for background music).

The EAPFX-1 is a rugged access panel, developed for harsh offshore environments and hazardous areas. The antistatic plastic housing withstands corrosion from the most common corrosive gasses and compounds found in this type of environment. The access panel features one fully programmable button, which can be used to manually initiate fire alarms, gas alarms or any other action in the Exigo system.

The access panel is equipped with indicators to show the status of the power supply, call activity and whether a fault is present in the system. The access panel’s button features two independent status indicators, which shows the status of the button’s function.

The access panel is fully digital, and connects to the Exigo system over a single-pair cable. The access panel is fully monitored to ensure detection of any fault which may compromise the system’s functionality.

This Vingtor-Stentofon IP speaker features a 10W Class D amplifier, utilizing all the power that PoE is capable of. This means that the speaker is capable of delivering more than 100dB, depending on the signal input.
With IP, the system is able to monitor and address each speaker individually. By moving the amplifier from a central unit out to the speaker itself, the need for a central amplifier unit with conventional speaker loops is eliminated. This makes the system highly scalable, and adding another speaker is easy to do.
Even though conventional speaker loops are not used, the speakers can still be divided into groups. These zones can now extend over networks or span the Internet.
To provide maximum availability, the speaker comes with advanced supervision functions. The speaker line test will detect whether there are any faults in the network or speaker electronics. The status of the speaker is reported to the central unit as well as to 3rd-party management systems using SNMP or Syslog.
The speaker has a built-in web interface for status information, control, and upgrade. It is easy to install and maintain and all broadcasts can be logged in detailed reports.

AlphaCom XE is designed with CCoIP incorporation which ensures the delivery of instant and secure voice and data services. The AlphaCom XE system provides carrier class system availability and protects resources in an IP environment by using embedded IP security mechanisms. The main security mechanisms used are restricted management access, separate management interface, internal firewall, integrity check (MD5), virtual LAN (IEEE 802.1Q) and network access control (IEEE 802.1X).

The  Vandal Resistant IP Substation is tough, durable and resilient, and designed for use in the harshest of environments. The station is typically used as a communication, information or emergency point and connects directly to the IP network making it easy to deploy – anywhere and at any distance.

The IP station supports open standards and is compatible with AlphaCom, Pulse and iPBXs using SIP technology. When working in AlphaCom mode, the IP station supports special services only available using the  CCoIP protocol, AlphaCom server. Examples of services are emergency broadcast with volume override, CCTV integration, call priority, and AlphaNet multisite networking and  event scripting.

Like all Vingtor-Stentofon stations, this IP substation features superb audio quality. This is enabled through a set of advanced technologies such as active noise filtering, acoustic echo cancellation, wide band audio codec, and high power audio outputs.

The station has one relay and one logical output. These outputs can, for instance, be used to open a door through a connected relay. The operation of the outputs is programmable and controlled by the AlphaCom exchange.

The Bi-Way system solves the communication problem between people on both sides of security glass partitions.
The built-in duplex controller switches the speech direction to permit natural two-way conversation in varying noise levels, on either side of the counter, without push buttons.

The IP Operating Room (OR) Master Station is an advanced intercom station intended for use in operating theatres and clean rooms. The station front plate is totally flat and without any holes to minimize bacteria
